How to
- Brush your teeth.
- Stick out your tongue
- Hold scupper with by grips with rounded end toward mouth
- Gently scrap from back to front
- Rinse and repeat 2 – 3 times
- Note – You don’t want to scrape off your taste buds and you should not be gagging. Don’t scrape too hard or too far back. If you’ve found the bumps one the back of your tongue, those are your salivery glands, you need them, leave them there.
