<p>In fact, I didn&#8217;t really get excited about science until I was out of school and raising my children.</p>
<p>Now, I study the science of yoga, Ayurveda and essential oils. I&#8217;ve become a bit of a geek.</p>
<p>There aren&#8217;t a lot of public videos on the science of essential oils, so I wanted to share this with you. It&#8217;s from one of my favorite scientist, Dr. Robert Pappas, the world leader in essential oil chemistry.</p>

<p>Nope.</p>
<p>There are actually professional sniffers that cannot tell the difference between &#8216;high quality&#8217; synthetic scents and pure, unadulterated aromatic essential oils.</p>
<p>Also, lavender grown in Provence, France smells different than lavender grown in Tennessee.</p>

<h2>The quality is only assured with the testing.</h2>
<p>It&#8217;s important to be aware of the quality of the oils you are using.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s where Dr. Pappas comes in. He has studied the chemistry of essential virtually his entire adult life. He is the world&#8217;s foremost authority on essential oil chemistry.</p>
