It really is a multifaceted approach to wellness, because there are many facets to each one of us, and we are all different in where we thrive. I like how you addressed that but also that there are some general rules of thumb that are constant throughout the board, like eating more natural foods, less processed, resting, and moving. Everyone needs rest if they are living beings! And everyone needs to move. I agree we are given many different legacies, but we are only given one body and what we do with it is up to us.
